Once you choose a new PIN, the old one will stop working. If you are unable to select a new PIN through the app or over the phone, you can request that a new PIN be mailed to you . It will take about a week to arrive.

If you don’t use all of your benefits during the month, you won’t lose them. Unused benefits will remain in your account for nine months from the date they were deposited. The next time benefits are deposited into your account, they will be added to your existing benefits.
